The Hobby Area District presented a check in the amount of $400,000 for the TIRZ 8 Mosley Road Improvements. The project has a total estimated cost of $2,079,000.
- Project Limits: IH 45 to Scranton Road
- Project consists of rehabilitation of the existing asphalt road, from IH 45 to Airport, and construction of concrete curb and gutter roadway, from Airport to Scranton Road.
- The project is in the early design phase. Projected to start construction in March 2023
