The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is gathering community input to identify transportation issues and propose solutions for a portion of 1-45 South from downtown to Beltway 8 South. This is an opportunity for the community to have a say in what issues and improvements TxDOT prioritizes. The goal of this survey is to make this stretch of highway a safer and more efficient road.
Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, this survey is being conducted virtually. You can view a virtual public meeting on the subject here. To give input, written comments may be submitted by mail to the TxDOT Houston District, Director of Advanced Project Development, P.O. Box 1386, Houston, Texas 77251. Written comments may also be submitted by email to [email protected] or online here. All comments must be received by Friday, July 31, 2020. Responses to comments received will be available online here in Fall 2020.
